Pan-fried lambs kidneys on a seed mustard cream

Grilled mussels coated in garlic breadcrumbs

Deepfried calamaris dressed with sauce rouillie

Black and white pudding on an apple and onion reduction


Beef bourguignon on a bed of savoury rice

Seafood crumble

Breaded supreme of chicken dressed with a three pepper sauce

Roast leg of lamb served with a rosemary jus

Grilled darne of salmon on a shellfish cream

Baked hake topped with an herb and garlic crust

Crispy confit of duckling served with an apple and onion reduction
