Our Head Chef, Cormac Healy, prepared a stunning meal that was enjoyed by all. The menu for the night was: Game Dinner Menu  Starter : Smoked Venison Game Terrine with Forest Berries  Middle Course : Salad of Beetroot and Orange on Bitter Leaves  Main Course : Jugged Hare and Game Ragout with Pan Fried Breast of Pheasant with Gaufrette Potatoes and Parsnip Crisps  Dessert : Chocolate and Orange Bavarois with Pancetta Ice-cream
