Cartan Finegan – Book Launch

Facebooktwittergoogle_plusredditpinterestlinkedintumblrmailJust one year ago Cartan Finegan launched the first section of his memoir ‘3 Score and Ten’ in the National Yacht Club, and now he has published his second book ’75 Not Out’. This was launched by Fergus Finlay, Chief Executive of Barnardo’s Childrens Charity, and political pundit, at the beginning of March this year again in the NYC.  Cartan was happy to announce that ‘3 Score and Ten’ raised almost €10,000 for the Blackrock Hospice. His new book, “75 Not Out…Some Glimpses Into the Past“, is a medley of Tanzanian and Zambian elections, a wedding in India, how to make a million, enjoying art, saving the world in spite of Government, singing history and much more. He also makes a pungent commentary on policies of Irish Aid, and includes a chapter on 25 years of Bloomsday celebrations and a chapter on on the Mile High Club (to enlighted the un-informed on exactly what it is!) This book, as his earlier publication is not for sale, but a suggestion of a contribution of up to €20 donation for the chosen charity Bernardo’s Childrens Fund. A signed and dedicated copy of the book is available in the NYC (reference Club Manager, Tim O’Brien or Bar Manager, Robert Malcolmson), any Bernardo’s outlets or directly from Cartan
