Pilates in NYC – Starting on Tuesday 28th February – Back by popular demand!


pilates Want to improve your strength and flexibility for the next sailing season?

Enroll in pilates at the NYC, for all levels, open to male and female members, word has spread there are quite a few men joining this term!

Following the success of the last pilates classes Deirdre from Petite Pilates will be starting another 5 weeks long Pilates class in the JB Room on Tuesday evenings for NYC members, Starting on Tuesday 28th February.

You have an option of a 7pm beginners or an 8pm intermediate/advanced class but if there are insufficient numbers for two classes it will be one class at 8pm, so please spread the word and book early so we can plan for 2 classes.

The class is 1 hour long, numbers limited to 10 – Costs = €50

- Tues 7th March
- Tues 14th March
- Tues 21st March

No class on 28th as room not available

- Mon 3rd April (Tues not available)

It is run by Chartered Physiotherapists and has so many benefits, for example:

Please bring your own mat, all other equipment will be provided.
