TRI Sailing Clubs TY 2021/22 Christmas Update

It’s been a busy 3 months since we kicked off our Tri Club Transition Year presentation on the 8th September.
We’ve been very fortunate in the current climate to have been able to accomplish so much in such a short time. This is a testament to your dedication and the determination of the TY students to make things happen.

NYC Optimist Development Programme – Winter 2021

NYC Optimist Development Programme – Winter 2021

The Optimist Development programme is aimed at sailors who aim to compete in events and other competitions in 2022.  We believe there is demand for a performance group and a development group.  The performance group will consist of already experienced sailors who have competition experience, but did not meet the IODAI rankings in 2021 and qualify for the DOGS Winter training, and also the sailors moving from regatta fleet to main fleet in 2022 competitions.

While there is a focus on development and performance, our plan is based on the NYC’s core values of family, friendship and sporting excellence.

All sailors and parents MUST READ AND ADHERE TO the Club's code of conduct to encourage good behaviour and camaraderie: Code-of-Behaviour
