The National Yacht Club has the same Head Chef, Cormac Healy, for 15 years. Cormac’s enthusiasm for detail in preparation and perfection in presentation of all his dishes has earned the National Yacht Club the name of having the best menu in Dun Laoghaire.Cormac has worked with many celebrity chefs in the Club’s kitchens to prepare magnificent feasts. These chefs include Rick Stein, Peter Caviston and Kevin Dundon. |

Between Head Boatman, Wayne Anthony, and past Head Boatman, Tony Catoire, there is over 40 years experience in the Boathouse. This is used by both to assist the members in a friendly and efficient manner. |
