    [post_content] => Optimist Coaching with experienced national coaches for Main Fleet and Regatta Fleet Sailors will take place on the 31st October and 1st and 2nd November 10am to 4pm. Full coaching plans will be forwarded to all entrants.

There will also be an End of Season Racing Regatta being run with all Dun Laoghaire Clubs on the 3rd and 4th November more details on this regatta to follow.
