Teenage sailing course

Do you have a teenager who would like to try sailing but doesn’t want to be in a group of 7-8 year olds? We have the perfect course for you!

We have a course for teenagers this summer C1 6th- 16th June and C3 10th – 21st July. No boat required and no previous sailing experience necessary.

You will be sailing with other beginner sailors of a similar age and using the club boats so 3-4 people in each boat. It is a great introduction to the sailing course in a fun and social environment and will help build confidence to helm and crew in boats.

Course 3 is available to full and family members only but C1 is open to potential members also so bring a friend!. Here is the link to book;

Topper Wicklow Travellers Report

There was a good gathering of Topper sailors at Wicklow SC, Sunday 14th May, with an overall 36 sailors taking part: 28 off 5.3 Rig and 8 off 4.2 Rig sailors. Four races were held in very blustery conditions, squally, sunny bright, wet – ranging from F1 to F4 – making for tough conditions all round, particularly with a good tidal flow across the course.
