Junior Prize-Giving Night!

Junior sailor’s took over the NYC, on Friday 30th September, to celebrate their hugely successful season!

Feva Initiative at NYC

The Junior Section is very keen to develop and grow the Feva Class at the NYC and the Club has agreed to purchase 2 Fevas for the Juniors. We believe this will greatly assist in training.

NYC RACING COACH APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME

The NYC  is running an apprenticeship programme for training racing  coaches  over  Winter /Spring.

Winter Coaching 2011

Winter Coaching will take place on the following dates

23rd & 30th October, 13th, 20th Nov & 27th November and 4th December.

Transition Year Programme

Dear all,

There will be a prelimary planning meeting for all those interested in joining the transition year programme (sailors and parents) next SUNDAY 11th September @ 4.30pm in the JB Room.

Sean Donnelly wins Optimist Nationals 2011!

The Optimist Nationals were held last week in Howth in almost ideal conditions with a good mix of windy and calm days.  Just over 200 children entered from seven different countries as far away as India and South Africa for this highly competitive event.
