Strategy for Juniors – ADAPTS

The ADAPTS strategy has been adopted by the General Committee, and will form the basis of all decisions impacting on current and future junior sailing and social activities for the next 7-10 years. Cambell Sailer Propellor

Raphael G. Heron (“Zuben’ Ubi”) has written a very interesting technical article for the Nicholson 32 Association that was recently published in the “Annual Bulletin 2009” on the ‘Campbell Sailer’ propeller. It was written specifically for Nicholsons but may be of interest for cruising boats as this propeller is not generally known in Europe.

First Aid Course

 Certificate course in First Aid for sailors.  Hypothermia included.

 A one day course in First Aid will be held at the Club Saturday 20th February 2010.  0930 – 16.30.

€80 to include lunch.

NYC Fitness Classes

Core balance and stability
Short distance jogging
Circuit training

Every Thursday morning from the 18th February to 8th April. 10.30am – 11.45am
