D-day for Dun Laoghaire Harbour Brings Public Meeting on Thursday, October 27th

With An Bord Pleanala due to give its decision on permission for a giant cruise liner berth in Dun Laoghaire Harbour in the coming weeks after almost a year of delays, the Save Our Seafront movement is pulling out all the stops in its continuing opposition writes W M Nixon.

Marine Diesel Engines – Winter Talk

JB Room – Thursday 19th October @ 7.30pm

Installation, correct operation and regular maintenance of marine diesel engines will be explored and explained by marine professional Sean Walsh with an engine at hand to show you exactly  where and what to do (or not do!). This is a very timely event to learn or refresh your memory on best practices to winterize your engine if you just lifted out!

“Mums can sail too” are back for more!

Back by popular demand! Drop the kids to school and come socialising and sailing before collecting them again…For three Wednesday mornings, starting the 21st of September, come learn to sail or brush up on your skills.

Lift-out day Saturday 15th October

The lift-out on the NYC platform is scheduled for Saturday 15th October 2016, weather permitting. Platform space is limited and applications for keelboats on cradles will be treated on a first come first served basis. Please read the full post for additional details and to download the form.
