Please note that the Boathouse will be closed from Thursday 22nd December 5pm until Saturday 7th January 9am.

Eddie Totterdell Takes the Helm at Dublin Bay Sailing Club
After two years as Commodore of Ireland's largest yacht racing club that runs over 1,000 races each summer, Ann Kirwan completed her term in office at DBSC and handed over the tiller to Eddie Totterdell after his election as Commodore.
Congratulations to both Ann, for steering DBSC in troubled times during the pandemic, and to Eddie for his appointment.
We all look forward to another successful season in 2023!

Adult Winter 2022 Laser & RS Aero Coaching Sessions â Saturday Mornings – ADDITIONAL SESSIONS
The NYC is staging Laser & RS Aero coaching for adults of all ability (from new or returning to Laser sailing to experienced sailors) on Saturday mornings.
Time 10 a.m. to 12:45pm

NYC Frostbite Flying Fifteen Frostbite Series Concludes
This series which has been in existence since 1979 concluded at the weekend in what can only be described as ânon frostbite conditionsâ with sunshine and unseasonably high temperatures.
It was winner take all in the last race after four weeks sailing and Shane MacCarthy & Chris Doorly came out top closely followed by John Lavery & Alan Green with our Dunmore East visitors Lee Statham & Andrew Paul third.
Jill Fleming won the Silver Fleet and Joe Coughlan & Andrew Marshal won the Bronze fleet
