Irish Sailing Race Management weekend 23/24th March-RSGYC
Irish Sailing's weekend dedicated to all who are interested in any aspect of Race Management is only around the corner!
It will be held on behalf of Irish Sailing, will take place in the Royal St George YC on Sat/Sun 23-24th March.
We have 6 Race Official skills throughout Ireland: Race Officer; Safety Boat; Jury; Mark Laying; Measurer & Results Manager.
These skills are taught by curriculum and have three levels- Local, Regional & National Levels. By doing a course, such as will be run on March 23rd, you will hold a passport confirming your knowledge base. This passport is recognized throughout Ireland and marks our Irish Race Management abilities as respected throughout the international sailing community. I highly advise you to consider this approach not just in order to obtain the passport, but also to enjoy a fun weekend with sailors from all over Irelandâs East Coast.
