NYC Frostbite Series

If one looked out over Dublin Bay the last two weekends one would be forgiven for thinking that there was a major summer regatta on with the number of boats out and the sun shinning, but no it’s the National Yacht Club’s frostbite series for Mermaids, Flying Fifteens and SB3’s kindly sponsored by Derrycourt Cleaning!

Dinghy Winter Parking Form 2011 – 2012

Due to very limited space, applications for winter parking are restricted to boats taking part in either the DMYC Frostbite series or the junior winter coaching programme.

National Powerboat Certificate Course in November

The National Yacht Club will be running a National Powerboat Certificate (ex “Level II”) course on Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd November, primarily aimed at our Junior members aiming to become instructors next year.

NYC Frostbite Series 2011 – Mermaids / FFs / SB3s

The NYC Frostbite Series 2011 will take place in the National Yacht Club on 5 consecutive Sundays for Mermaids and six consecutive Sundays for Laser SB3s and Flying Fifteens commencing on 2nd October.

Team Sanya visiting Dun Laoghaire – Sunday 4th September

Team Sanya, the Chinese Irish entry to the Volvo Ocean Race 2011-2012, is coming to Dublin Bay for a “wishing well tour” on the water and to participate ashore in a crew meet-and-greet on this coming Sunday, September 4th, 2011.
